1. Monthly Membership Subscriptions
We want your participation in the Paint Yourself Happy movement to be uplifting and unburdened.
- Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your paid subscription (The Foundation, The Cog Worker, or Mentorship) at any time through your Member Portal or by emailing paintyourselfhappyspace@gmail.com.
- Access Through Billing Cycle: When you cancel, you will maintain full access to all tier features, workshop archives, and member perks until the end of your prepaid billing period.
- No Renewal Fees: Your card will not be charged again following cancellation.
- Refunds: If you were charged in error or forgot to cancel within 48 hours of a renewal charge, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund of that renewal cycle.
2. Custom Ash Memorials & Intentional Paintings
Custom commissions involve sacred time, custom preparation, crystal integration, and physical materials:
- Pre-Production Cancellation: If you cancel your commission before we begin physical creation or before ashes are physically incorporated, you will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable consultation/intake fee.
- In-Progress & Completed Works: Due to the deeply personalized and permanent nature of incorporating cremains and custom energetic layers into the canvas medium, completed or in-progress memorial pieces cannot be returned or refunded once painting has commenced.
- Unused Remains Return Guarantee: If a project is cancelled prior to completion, 100% of any delivered remains will be safely returned to you via insured USPS Priority Mail Express.
3. Books, Workbooks & Physical Merchandise
- Damaged in Transit: If a physical book or canvas arrives damaged, please send a photo of the package within 7 days of delivery to paintyourselfhappyspace@gmail.com and we will immediately send a replacement free of charge.
- Digital Downloads: If you experience any technical difficulty accessing downloadable guides or workbooks, our team will provide direct download links and assistance.
